Are you receiving our Sphinx Alumni Society emails? Are they going to your preferred email address?

We want to connect with you, particularly as we implement a secure Tried Link database in 2026, relaunch a Sphinx Alumni website, and begin preparations for our 125th anniversary reunion in 2032.

Common reaons you might not be receiving emails:

1) You don't have a current/working email address on file with The Ohio State Alumni Association.

• Troubleshoot: Visit: go.osu.edu/updateyourinfo to verify or update your contact information and email preferences.

2) Emails from the Sphinx Alumni Society are going into your “junk” mailbox.

• Troubleshoot: Set your email account to “accept” email from “sphinxsociety@osu.edu”

3) You have unsubscribed (maybe unknowingly) from emails sent from the University or the Alumni Association.

• Troubleshoot: Contact the Alumni Association at osuaa@osu.edu, or 800.762.5646
